We want you to love your purchase, but if an item fails to meet your expectations we will accept its return if it meets our Online Return Policy.

Please note, once an order is placed the processing begins immediately and cannot be changed or canceled.

Online Order Return Policy

Bicycles

We offer a 14 day return period on all bicycle purchased on our website for click and collect. The return window starts from the date that you received your order.

  • Items must be in like-new, unused* condition, and undamaged
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment type used for the purchase. If a digital gift card was redeemed, this payment method will be refunded first.

*E-Bikes must have less than 10 miles to be considered unused.

Gear

We offer a 60 day return period on all gear items purchased on our website. The return window starts from the date that you purchased your order. We do not offer exchanges.

  • Returns will only be accepted within 60 days of purchase
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original, undamaged packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Credit will be issued to the original payment type used for the purchase. If a digital gift card was redeemed, this payment method will be credited first.

Digital Gift Cards

HOW TO START A RETURN REQUEST

Please submit an email below with your Order Reference Number and item(s) being returned. A member of our support team will be in touch within 1-2 business days with instructions.

RETURNING BICYCLE ORDERS

To start a return of a bike, please submit an online Return Request. Please ensure to include your Order Reference Number and the item you are returning. If you have not yet collected your order, our support team will be able to issue a refund* within 1-2 business days.

If you have received your order, our support team will contact you to confirm the return process to the selected Giant Retailer on your order.

Once the retailer confirms the return, we will issue a refund* back to the original payment method.

*If the order was placed using finance, the payment plan will be cancelled and debited money refunded.

RETURNING GEAR ORDERS

To start a Gear return pease submit an online Return Request . Please ensure to include your Order Reference Number and the item you are returning. You will have the option to receive a return label or to drop it off at your local retailer.

You may be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, not including initial S&H charges, destination fees, plus any applicable tax, as long as new, unused items meet the refund policy requirements.

  • The item was damaged by improper use or accident

GEAR

Items ineligible for return:

  • The item was not purchased from Giant-Bicycle.com/us, Liv-Cycling.com/us, or Momentum-Biking.com/us
  • The item was purchased more than 60 days ago
  • The item was marked "final sale" (these items cannot be exchanged)
  • The item was damaged by improper use or accident

Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges. If you have purchased an incorrect size or have an unwanted item, please submit the Return Request form.

Refunds, less original S&H and/or destination fees, will be refunded to the original payment used for purchase within 1-30 days after the return is received.

Please allow an additional 1-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account once we confrim it has been issued.

Returns are free of charge. Please note, original shipping, destination fees, and/or home delivery fees are non-refundable.

All bicycles must be returned to the selected retailer on the order to start the return process.

Home Delivery fees are non-refundable.

For bicycles, we will work with the selected retailer and start the warranty process.

If you prefer to receive a return label for a Gear item, the return label will be emailed to the email address on the order from UPS. Return labels can take up to 1-5 business days to be issued.

We know that sometimes a ride is what it takes to know if a bike is suitable. However, to be eligible for a full refund, the bicycle and its accessories must be clean and not display any damage or signs of wear, exceeding that which could be expected to establish that the bike is not suitable for the intended purpose.
