When sending us an inquiry, always include your order number and/or frame number of the bicycle - this will speed up the process.

Please note we are unable to assist with mechanical issues or warranty related matters without being able to physically assess the bicycle - please visit your local Giant retailer who will be able to assist you in resolving the issue.
