Chances are you’re a veteran online shopper by now, but if not, here are some tips to find your perfect bike.

Start by choosing the type of bike you are looking for; a Road Bike, Mountain Bike, Gravel Bike, Electric Bike or Kids bike. From there our category filters can help narrow down the best bike for your intended purpose.

If you still can’t find your perfect bike in the Giant lineup don’t forget our women’s-specific brand - Liv and our lifestyle/mobility brand - Momentum.

Once you find a bike, pick your size – each bike has a handy size guide and geometry chart. A list of stocking dealers* will appear for your chosen size and colour.  Just select the retailer** you’d like to pick the bike up from and Click the check out button. We even have convenient financing options for you.

That’s it, you just bought a bike!

* Not all dealers share their stock so it may be worth checking our dealer locator and contacting your local store. 

** Please remember that every Giant retailer in Canada is independently owned (including our Giant Stores) and when you purchase a bike from their stock we can’t transfer it to another store.

This is when the magic happens.

Your chosen local retailer will then professionally build and prepare your shiny new bike. When it’s ready to go we'll email you on their behalf.

Depending on the store they may phone to schedule a pickup appointment, otherwise you can just swing by during business hours to Collect your bike.

Tip - Don’t forget to bring your ID and order confirmation email.

While you’re at the store an employee will make sure you are comfortable with your new bike. It’s also a great time to browse the store for all your cycling needs.
