Frequently Asked Questions

You will be notified as soon as your order is ready to collect at your local store. We endeavour to have our Click & Collect orders shipped and ready for collection within 7 days. This may vary depending on whether your order was shipped from a local warehouse, or from interstate, and whether any bicycle(s) need to be assembled.

We ask that Click & Collect orders be collected at the selected Giant retailer within 7 business days of you receiving an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. If you are unable to collect your order within 7 business days, please contact your selected Giant retailer to organise an alternative pick-up day.

If you are unsure of what size bicycle or gear item you need, we strongly recommend working with your local authorised Giant retailer to help you choose the correct size. Our retailers are are there to support you and help you with your cycling journey. We endeavour to have accurate sizing charts on our product pages, but if you're still unsure, please reach out to your local retailer to discuss what will best suit your needs.

We offer a 30-day ‘Change of Mind’ Return Policy subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Bikes purchased online through our website can be returned to a retailer as long as they are in new, unused condition. Please bring your original order confirmation email, as well as a filled out copy of our Returns Form that can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Sale back to the same retailer who assembled your bicycle. For gear items purchased on our website, these items will need to be returned back to us directly to the address on the Returns Form.

For all manufacturer warranty claims please take the product back to your retailer where your order was originally collected from, so that it can be assessed and a warranty claim submitted on your behalf by the retailer.
